Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy below.Please note this policy is only applicable to products purchased from lotusaroma.com.
REFUNDS
For a refund or exchange request, for a purchase made on another website or in a store, please communicate directly with the point of sale where your purchase was made. Purchases made on lotusaroma.com are not refundable or exchangeable in store. Lotus Aroma reserves the right to refuse any refund request which does not comply with its policy.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products damaged during transport may be reimbursed provided you notify us no later than 48 hours following receipt of the package by writing to us at: boutique@lotusaroma.com with an attached photo of the damaged product or package.
Please note that we do not accept returns of open products, products damaged after delivery, and final sales.
If you have an allergic or undesirable reaction to any of our products, immediately stop using the product and contact us at boutique@lotusaroma.com and we will be happy to guide you on how to fill out an allergic reaction form. Should the reaction persist, or cause harm please direct yourself immediately to a medical professional.
When returning the products, please include in the box:
- The return slip included in the original package;
- Any sample and / or gift with free purchase;
- The original invoice.
Please note that a $ 10 freight and restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Lotus Aroma is not responsible for products returned lost or damaged in delivery. When making the return, we invite you to select a delivery method including parcel tracking and insurance.
