CANCELLED ORDERS
In the event that you wish to cancel an order, an email requesting cancellation must be sent to boutique@lotusaroma.com within 24 hours (excluding Saturday | Sunday) of order placement including the following information:
- Full name & order number
- Billing & Shipping Address
- Phone number where you can be reached.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
In the event that an unclaimed package is returned to Lotus Aroma, we will refund the amount of the order. Please note that a $ 15 freight, management and restocking fee will be charged. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Note that an update on the order status is available via the tracking number that is provided after the order has shipped.
